Wir lieben unser Familienlokal und das schon in zweiter Generation. Wir versuchen Sie jeden Tag mit unserer Pizza und unserer selbstgemachten Pasta glücklich zu machen. Zudem bieten wir auch eine kleine Auswahl an Gemüseantipasti, Salaten und natürlich Dolci an.

Unser Anspruch ist es, jeden Tag mit frischen und hochwertigen Lebensmitteln zu arbeiten, welche wir aus der Region, Deutschland und Italien beziehen. Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch!

Wir sind offizieller Partner von Slow Food Deutschland. Für uns beginnt gutes Essen mit guten Zutaten, und man sollte wissen, woher sie stammen. Unsere Pizza wird vor Euren Augen frisch zubereitet und anschließend in unserem Steinofen gebacken. Über Jahrzehnte haben wir jedes Detail an unserem Teig und unseren Zutaten abgestimmt. Wir hoffen, dass sie Euch – dünn und knusprig – genauso gut schmeckt wie uns!

Pasta

Auch bei unseren Nudeln möchten wir keine Kompromisse eingehen. Wir servieren Euch deshalb selbstgemachte Pasta, die erst nach Bestellung durch eine traditionell handbetriebene Nudelmaschine zugeschnitten und in Form gebracht wird. Unser Teig wird, wie bei unserer Pizza, jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Und das gilt auch für unsere Ravioli.

Getränke

Bei unseren Getränken achten wir auf eine regionale Produktion. Unser Wasser, unsere Säfte und Schorlen sowie unser Bier kommt deshalb direkt von Nordbräu aus Ingolstadt. Unsere Limos und unsere Kola beziehen wir von Fritz-Kola, die ebenfalls auf eine regionale Produktion setzen.

Unseren Kaffee lassen wir eigens für uns bei District Five, in Ingolstadt-Manching, rösten. Da wir unseren Gästen eine Vielfalt an guten Getränken bieten möchten, ist eine regionale Auswahl leider nicht immer möglich. Unsere Weine, Brände und Liköre haben wir in unserer Heimat Italien und Deutschland entdeckt.
